Aseptic Filler
HRS designs and manufactures different models of aseptic fillers for the food industry. We can supply fillers for small size bags up to 300 gallon bag (1,000 liters) for liquids of fluids with particulate products. Our fillers are flexible and modular fulfilling the requirements of the food industry.
Efficient and flexible
All our aseptic fillers can work with low/medium/high viscous fluids which are pumpable, an also liquids containing solid pieces or particulates (e.g. diced strawberry, diced peaches, diced tomato, etc), in this case the the filler is supplied with a 2 inches filling head and valve for 2 inches neck, instead of 1 or 1½ inches for all the other fluids.
We offer single or double head, manually operated of fully automatic for high capacity production.
Hardworking and adaptable
The AF series of aseptic fillers are manufactured with the best materials available in the market for maximum durability. The product wetted surfaces are made from AISI 316L, while other components and service side (steam, water, air) are made from AISI 304.
The standard units incorporate load cells to register the correct weight, while the filler for small formats incorporate flow meters.

Filling cycle example
Filling chambers, piping and all steam seals are sterilized with steam.
Sterility during the filling cycle is maintained by steam and an atomized chlorine spray (optional).
The capped spout is inserted into the chamber.
The filler head removes the cap, inserts a filling valve into the spout, pulls vacuum from the bag inserts, and fills the bag to a pre-set volume of products.
After a steam flush is applied or nitrogen flush into the bag (optional).
The filler recaps the bag and ejects it from the filling chamber.

Note:
HRS also manufactures aseptic systems for fluids and fluids with particles. Using all its proprietary technology of corrugated tubular and scraped surface heat exchanger. The aseptic fillers are integrated with the HRS aseptic system.
