As a consequence of the increase in the demand for different food products, chemicals and a variety of new products the increase of effluent that cause pollution or are toxic to our environment has also increased. Most of this products fouled in the evaporators when high degrees of concentration need to be achieve to make the evaporation and the drying process more economic.
