HRS Spiratube has available the most modern technology for the commercial production of soups.
Turn-key installations already supplied have various sections including ingredient preparation (chopping, crushing etc. as appropriate) cooking/browning section, emulsifying, homogenization, deaeration and sterilization.
The use of the UnicusĀ® Dynamic Heat Exchangers in the sections of cooking/browning and sterilization is crucial because there is a great tendency for soups to precipitate out certain ingredients. As the heat exchange surfaces of UnicusĀ® always stay clean, the system can work continuously and therefore operate at maximum efficiency.
