The Unicus® Dynamic Heat Exchangers are recommended for pasteurization systems for Egg and Egg products where the flow rate is high and it is better not to stop the production line too often. The Unicus® allows long periods of operation without stopping and thus minimizes the costs of production losses and the costs of CIP chemical cleaning.
The pasteurization system also incorporates SPIRATUBE Corrugated Tube Heat Exchangers in critical sections of the process where precipitation fouling is to be avoided and in heat recuperation sections.
